Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. SkillPort has no recurring fees. We only charge a 15% commission on paid skill sales. Free skills cost nothing to publish or download.
How do payouts work?
Sellers connect their Stripe account via the dashboard. After each sale, the payment (minus the 15% platform fee and Stripe processing fees) is transferred to your Stripe balance. Payouts occur weekly.
What currencies are supported?
Prices are set in USD. At checkout, Stripe Adaptive Pricing automatically displays and charges in the buyer's local currency (JPY, EUR, GBP, etc.).
Are there any limits on file size?
SSP packages are typically small (under 1 MB). The upload limit is 10 MB per package.
