Terms of Service

By accessing or using SkillPort Market ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

SkillPort Market is a marketplace for digital skill packages ("Skills") designed for AI agent environments (OpenClaw, Claude Code, and compatible platforms). The Service allows users to publish, discover, purchase, and install Skills.

You must create an account via GitHub OAuth to publish or purchase Skills. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

As a seller, you agree to:

• Only publish Skills that you have the right to distribute
• Not include malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Not include code that leaks API keys, credentials, or personal information
• Accurately describe your Skill's functionality and permissions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

SkillPort charges a 15% platform fee on paid sales. Remaining proceeds (after payment processing fees) are transferred to your Stripe Connect account on a weekly basis.

As a buyer, you acknowledge that:

• Skills are digital products provided as-is
• You should review risk scores, permissions, and danger flags before installing
• Refunds for digital products are only available under limited circumstances (non-delivery, critical defects)
• Free Skills may be downloaded without purchase

The following types of Skills are strictly prohibited:

• Malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Skills that facilitate illegal activities
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property
• Skills designed to steal personal data or credentials
• Obfuscated code intended to hide malicious behavior

We reserve the right to remove any Skill and suspend any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

All uploaded Skills undergo automated security scanning. Scan results (risk scores, danger flags) are publicly displayed. Passing a security scan does not guarantee that a Skill is free of all vulnerabilities. Users should exercise their own judgment when installing Skills.

Sellers retain ownership of their Skills. By publishing on SkillPort, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your Skill through the marketplace.

SkillPort Market is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Skills downloaded through the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
